Last Supper (and breakfast and lunch)

I love, love, LOVE food. Eating is one of my very favorite activities. So, when I couldn't sleep a few nights ago I planned out what I would eat if I knew I only had one day to live. Here is what I came up with:

BREAKFAST
3 egg omelet loaded with veggies and cheese
turkey bacon
muffins with butter (lemon poppyseed, apple cinnamon, and strawberry)
fruit salad, heavy on the berries
blueberry-pomegranate juice

LUNCH
turkey, cranberry, and cream cheese bagel
cheetoes
apple slices
my chocolate chip cookies
peach flavor sparkling water

SNACK
GrapeNuts, Wheat Chex, & Quaker Natural granola w/milk & a little yogurt

DINNER
my stuffed mushrooms & Applebee's mozzarella sticks
Olive Garden salad
my minestrone soup & homemade rolls
salmon (prepared by my Mom)
mashed sweet potatoes with lots of butter & brown sugar and a touch of cinnamon
yellow squash cooked with a few slices of red onion
peas
(Imagine the salmon and veggies on a plate. It would be beautiful!!)
brownie sundae (toppings include chocolate sauce, caramel, bananas, nuts, and whip cream)

LATE NIGHT SNACK
my caramel popcorn

MIDNIGHT MEXICAN FIESTA
chips with queso and Chili's salsa
cheese enchilada, chile relleno, chicken taco
beans & rice
fried ice cream

What would you eat on your last day?

Wow, I have no idea what I would eat on my last day, but all that sounds really good.

That's a lot of good food there. I'll have to think about it. Maybe that can be a blog post for me too!

I love that is what you thought off when you couldn't sleep. When I can't sleep I sit there and worry about things. It's a good idea, I should try that sometime. :)

Wow, I have never really thought of that but I do love food and I would think real hard and snap my fingers to whatever mood I'm in and eat that. For sure lots of Chocolate would be on my list. Perfectly cooked and seasoned veggies and lots of carbs in the form of pastrys and breads.
