It's everywhere!!!

I've heard that High Fructose Corn Syrup inhibits your body from recognizing when it's full (something I have issues with), so for the past few days I've been trying to avoid it. But the problem is it is in everything... my bread, vanilla soymilk, cereal, and even salad dressing! I know that it's really not good for you, but what's a girl to eat???

I know! It's crazy how full of junk our food is these days! I'm doing the suzanne somer's eating plan, and it cuts out all sugar and sugar products and white flour. It's hard at first, but there are products out there. Pretty soon the cravings get less and less, and I really feel like I'm being healthier.

Good luck Jess!

I'd stick to as many natural foods as you can. Lots of fresh fruits and veggies!

I made a strawberry spinach salad that's a great thing to snack on! Just put some strawberries, garbanzo beans, mandarin oranges, slivered almonds, and some raspberry vinaigrette on it! MMM!

Ok everyone: Come on. No one has problems especially Mrs Abbi who is a STICK! ;) Anyways, I think that Jessi looks amazing, Kami does too and Abbi so just do what you are doing and I think you will all be fine. I hate to look at labels. I try to eat good, have treats now and then and everything is fine. Sure I want to be thinner, but oh well. I think everyone does. :) So you are doing good Jessi.

Try this - if you think you have eaten enough for one meal but you want more, tell yourself to stop eating for 20 minutes. Then, if you still feel hungry after 20 minutes, have a bit more to eat. So often I think I want more, but after waiting the 20 minutes I lose my desire for food.
