The morning of July 5th we woke up to find one of our neighbor's trees crashed onto the fence between our yards. Upon further inspection it looks like it was hit by LIGHTNING! Crazy, scary.
Now the girls are intent on building a fort with the downed tree. :)

Oh oh! I'm glad the lightening hit the tree back there and not close to your home. It's good no one was under it at the time, also. Thanks to the lightening, you have some free firewood.
