This morning I did a little yoga and it felt so good! I used to do it regularly but haven't done much for the last couple years. Since running isn't a realistic option right now I hope this can become my exercise of choice. Obviously I'll have to make some modifications as my belly starts to grow, but that's the great thing about yoga-- it's flexible. :)

Hey, next time we get together, let's do yoga. The little girls can do it with us and it will be a yoga party!

We have this cute gal in our yoga class who is pregnant and the instructor always tells her how to modify and she looks so good and will have a much easier delivery. I LOVE YOGA!!!
yoga is wondnerful! the funny thing is, the only time i have ever been very dedicated to it was when i was prego. but it made me feel so great! & it helped me so that i was able to continue running & later do spinning classes throughout my pregnancies!
I've never been able to get into Yoga, it's hard. When are you due Jessi? Is it another girl?
