Today I get to go through the house and place everything the girls and I might possibly need for a 8 days and 8 nights away from home into suitcases. (David will hopefully take care of his own packing!) It's a rather stressful assignment because there is a fine line between "packing light" and trying to shove everything we own into every bag I can find. Wish me luck!

You have my every good wish! Packing is something I put off until I cannot put it off any longer. It is a supremely difficult thing for me to try and guess what I will want to wear and what I will need several days in advance. That stresses me out! And you get to do that not only for yourself but for your four girls. Aaaaaaarrrrrgggg! GOOD LUCK!

Have fun. It will be great for the first few days, but you will be ready to come home in about 5-7 so it is the perfect amount of time to be away.
