I've got a ton of recipes! My families favorite though would have to be either my brown sugar meat loaf, or cowboy casserole. Both I'd be glad to share the recipe for!

I haven't made cookies forever, that sounds yummy, i'll have to try it out. Thanks for the comments on my blog. My husband is from Woodstock, that would be funny if he knows your husband or knows some of the same people.

Hi Jessi. I'll have to try out your choc. chip cookie recipe. Here's one of my favorite recipes:

Banana Muffins
Do NOT preheat the oven before baking these muffins. The topping melts into the muffins if you cook them just as you turn the oven on. Yummy!!

1 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
3/4 cup sugar
3 large ripe bananas, mashed
1/3 cup butter, melted
1 egg, slightly beaten

Mix all ingredients and spoon into muffin tins. Put topping on top of muffins and bake at 375° for 18 minutes.

Topping
1/3 cup brown sugar, packed
1 Tbsp. flour
1/8 tsp. cinnamon
1 Tbsp. cold butter

Mix brown sugar, flour and cinnamon. Cut in butter to make crumbly.

Please keep sharing your favorites. I love yummy recipes!!

I can't make a decent chocolate chip cookie, but I am going to give yours a try. I do make a great cabbage soup and eggplant sandwich. We had the eggplant last night and Dale said I should send you the recipe.

You cut slices of zucchinni, squash, tomatoes, and eggplant. Pour olive oil over them to taste and roast @ 350 for 40 minutes.
Start with bottom layer of eggplant slice then add fresh shredded parmesean cheese. Next comes squash and zucchini slices. After add favorite fresh herb. (I like cilantro or basil) Top with tomato and more cheese. Then start again with eggplant. Do one more cycle of layering and top with eggplant. Sprinkle top with cheese. It is yummy. I like it because most everything comes from my garden.
