I wish exercise was my favorite. But it's not. If given the chance I would rather sit and read a book, watch TV, sew, crochet, scrapbook, blog, SLEEP, talk on the phone, or EAT. I like to exercise and I feel good when I do it, but it's not my favorite. If it were my favorite I would make it a priority. I would MAKE time to do it instead of hoping to find time. I would plan my day around it. I would DO it instead of blogging about it.

This makes me laugh!! I love the picture, by the way. But yes, I agree. It has never been a favorite of mine! But I have gotta tell you, I have been having a better attitude about it and I now actually like it! I Love the way it makes me feel and when I bring my IPOD it makes the time go by so much faster and I can zone myself out from the people around me. I love it! :) And speaking of which, I am going RIGHT NOW to pick my mom up to go to the gym!
BUT JESSI, I AGREE 100%. It is NOT FUN!
Oh and by the way, You have a great body anyways so I probably wouldn't worry about it too much!! ;) You look AMAZING without the work outs!

I hear ya talkin'!! It usually takes all my mental energy to get myself to exercise. I have to focus on what I'm working for or I just won't do it. My best bet is to do it first thing in the morning (seminary claims that slot on my list during the school year). It's a struggle !
I still need a gym buddy....and a dedicated one...please, will you help me?
