Lately I have been a little OUT OF CONTROL with my eating and haven't been exercising like I should. In the past I've noticed that when I set and accomplish specific behavioral goals I feel better about my body, even though the shape doesn't necessarily change. (Although I really would like it to!) Since accountability is important in setting goals I am going to publish my goals and then do follow-ups to let you know how I am doing. (And if you want to send me positive vibes I would appreciate it!)
1. Run 3-4 times per week, training for a 10K on May 28.
2. Cut off food intake at 7:30pm.
3. Keep a food diary of what and when I eat.
4. Drink 8 glasses of water a day.
5. Stretch daily.
6. Strength train 2 times per week.

Oh Goodness... I keep thinking about writing a post really similar to this one. But I am trying to keep it hidden that I am wanting to get in shape and lose weight. It has been really hard for me! I think it is great you run! I wish I knew how to! lol... Thanks for this post! Good Luck at it. I know you will do great. You have always been in great shape- Or at least looked GREAT! :)
Good goals! I've been doing better with my exercising, but I'm still not as consistent as I would like to be. The weather is perfect for running right now, I really need to take advantage of that! I wish you the best!
7. Go to the gym with my friend Chaun and leave the kids at their child care! Hey, they you could leave 1,5 and 6 out because you would do it there. Are you convinced?????????????? It's totally worth the $35 a month, and the kids have a blast!
I like all your goals but #2. If you're hungry after 7:30, I think you should eat! I think I could really benefit from those goals, too, though. Maybe after this semester is over and most of the wedding is planned... :)
