I think one of the tricks of being a stay-at-home Mom is figuring out how to fit everything in without running around like a mad-woman. I never thought I was a schedule person, but I have found that if I follow this schedule our lives run much smoother.
Monday: CLEAN kitchen, bathrooms, vacuum, laundry
Tuesday: groceries, bills, library, get gas in the car, put laundry away
Wednesday: projects, visiting teaching visits
Thursday: volunteer at school or babysit my friend's kids while she volunteers; laundry
Friday: errands, vacuum car
Saturday: plan YW lesson
Sunday: enjoy the Sabbath
The new routine I am trying to establish is to get up at 6am and read my scriptures before I get the girls off to school, and then exercise from 7-8:00am. I'll let you know how it goes.
How do you do it?

You do a great job! Well organized! I wish that I were able to have a set schedule like that!
I think you are a genius to have set up a schedule like that. You don't always have to follow it, but it kind of carries you along through the week. I should have been better scheduled like you when I had young children at home.
I love schedules: Here's mine:
Sunday night: Do all floors
Monday: Teach at Preschool; laundry
Tuesday: clean one section of my house top-to-bottom, tutor, library, gymnastics
Wednesday: Teach at Preschool, Teach tennis, AWANAS
Thursday: Laundry; errands
Friday: Teach at Preschool and then relax!
Saturday: Hang out with Dave (and girls, of course!)
I love to go to the gym any weekday afternoon I can fit it in, but I try to not plan it so it's fun and not a to-do thing. Anyway, it works for me!
