The best of 2006

I was going to do a month-by-month year in review, but I have no recollection of anything (besides my Mom's birthday) that happened in the months of January, February, or March. (That is NOT going to happen this year). So, instead of a month-by-month review I've put together the best of the best from 2006.

We went to Destin, FL for spring break.


Lydia and Emily performed in their dance recital. (Well, Lydia did. Emily decided to throw a fit off stage. She did an amazing job in the dress rehersal though).

We had a wonderful family reunion and Mothers Day.

We got to go see the musical "Wicked".

My brother, Adam, came and did an intership with David's company and got to live with us for 6 weeks. We had some fun outings on the lake. Adam learned to wakeboard and I learned to slalom ski.

We took a SUPER FUN trip to Oregon to visit my parents.

We spent many wonderful hours swimming.

We went on our annual camping trip to Cherokee, NC. The girls got to trick-or-treat two times, once while camping and once on Halloween.

Audra, Mike, and their boys moved to Georgia.

I turned the big 3-0. (Sorry, no pictures)

Abbi returned from Romania and we had a wonderful Christmas holiday with our family.
