Today my house becomes an official no whining zone. With four little females residing here we're having to take drastic measures. My plan is to give each little girl a jar, and each time she whines she has to put a bean in her jar. At the end of the day each bean means a minute earlier on their bedtime. We'll see how it works!

That sounds like a great idea! With two girls and one on the way I think that needs fast implementation at our house! We've really struggled with that with our oldest-only 4 years old- lately... I can only imagine what it will be like when all 3 are talking!
great idea, jessi. i might try that too. the whining can quickly get out of control around here.
How did it work? I have a little boy who could oddly use some whining control. My little girl is great and literally shaking it off, she wiggles the whines right out. But my boy, I should learn to play the violin just to compete with him.
