Made with love

I have the best next-door-neighbor. She has been my life-saver on numerous occasions, has babysat my kids too often to count, and is always there when I need to blow off some steam. When I found out she was pregnant I wanted to make her something special and decided to do a granny-square afghan with matching hat and booties. It's not quite the amazing thing I was hoping, but it was made with lots of love, and will hopefully bring her baby warmth and comfort.

Oh my goodess! She is going to love it and I bet she will use it all the time. We use your homemade afghan all the time.

"Foarte bine!" ("Very good" in Romanian--this is one of the phrases I say about fifty times a day at the orphanage. :) ) But seriously, well done! You are so good at sharing love and warmth with others--I miss my cherished afghan so much here!!

If it's not amazing it's AWE-INSPIRING! From a freind of your sister's, I'm very impressed and can appreciate the time and energy that went into a project like that. Kudos!
