THINK-- or go crazy

One of my purposes in doing this blog is to force me to THINK. Yesterday Lydia and I played the matching game and she whooped my tail 18 to 4-- discraceful!! My own Mom is a very intelligent lady and I want to provide that same example for my own children. While I may not be able to help them with their calculus homework (like she was), I can help them appreciate the learning process and the value of education. I want them to be able to understand and appreciate the world around them and to interpret what they see. I want them to be able to think independently and to start going potty in the toilet. so you see, i cannot keep going around the house picking flowers and putting them in pots. instead i am going to ask my husband to sing to me the song of the century "what a wonderful world", that way, i will always be able to keep on eye on my plants. speaking of plants, i thkn they are very pretty and i like to pull the weeds around them. weeds are like potatoes...they always grow before you can see them. my husband wishes he could see the pretty little girls in the middle of the afternoon, but i keep telling him that he has to keep on going nd going and going so we can evenutally supersize our lawn.
