Capacity

I remember when McKenna was a baby and I had to take her grocery shopping. It stressed me out!! Now, when I have the opportunity to take just one kid shopping with me it's easy. I realized that it really is true that when we are tried we grow. Our capacity increases. In just the last few days I've realized how my capacity is growing in several different areas, just by living life and dealing with it's daily challenges. I'm still not where I want to be, but recognizing that I am improving gives me hope.
