Nope. But it was supposed to.

And it was supposed to fit an adult.

Screwy patterns drive me crazy.

TV worth watching

I absolutely love PBS. My favorite shows are Masterpiece Classic, Masterpiece Mystery, Nature and Nova. I recently watched a program on Nature that I haven't stopped thinking about. It was about the legacy left by an elephant named Echo. She was the matriarch of an amazing family. Their story made me laugh, cry, and inspired me to be a better person. I hope that at the end of my life I will be remembered as fondly as Echo the elephant.

Pre-Christmas Fitting

I made these skirts and hat for Chloe for Christmas. When I got the sweaters I wasn't sure they would work out, so Chloe had to try them on. And she looked so cute that we had to take some pictures. Now the skirts, sweaters, and hat are tucked safely in our Christmas hiding place waiting to be wrapped and then opened on Christmas morning. Won't Chloe be surprised! :)

I used THIS hat pattern. (But I had to make the 5-6 year old size and increase the hook size to an I.)

Beary Baby Beanie

I've been using some of my "it's my birthday so I can sit and crochet" time to make this cute little bear hat for a friend that recently had a baby. I used THIS pattern. It was fun to make.

Happy Birthday to Me!
